Product Description

The BIOBASE BJPX-H64II is a medium-capacity benchtop constant-temperature heating incubator featuring a 65-litre working volume. It is engineered for higher-throughput microbiological cultivation, cell line storage, and quality control processing that requires consistent, reliable heating from ambient up to 80°C. Like the other sizes in this design series, it operates entirely via natural air convection as an aerobic heating incubator relying on ambient room air. 

• Chamber Construction: Fabricated with a high-polished mirror stainless steel internal chamber including smooth, rounded corners designed to prevent bacterial trap zones and simplify deep disinfection. The exterior is built from heavy-duty cold-rolled steel coated with an anti-bacterial powder finish.[1]
• Observation System: Integrates a large two-layer toughened glass window directly into the solid outer door. This configuration allows laboratory technicians to monitor and inspect active plates or bottles without compromising internal chamber temperatures. 
• Control Interface: Employs a multi-group, bright LED digital screen display that relays time configurations and real-time temperatures simultaneously, governed by a digital microcomputer PID controller for precise stability. 
• Integrated Safety Mechanisms: Outfitted with an independent over-temperature threshold safety isolation circuit. It actively triggers audio-visual alarms if temperatures exceed safety setpoints and relies on built-in leakage and overvoltage protections. 
• Operational Environment: Designed to function optimally on level laboratory benches within an ambient room temperature range of 5°C to 40°C and a relative humidity threshold of ≤85%RH.
